Clean the VRLA batteries as and when dust accumulates.
Charge the VRLA batteries once in every six months @ 13.8V VPC for 24 hrs, If stored for longer periods
Wherever cables are used ensure using proper cable size and crimping of the plug to the cable
Torque all terminal bolts to 11 Nm (100 Lb.-

After discharge, recharge the batteries when power restores
Always use calibrated instruments for measurements

Do not tamper with the safety valves

Do not allow any metal objects to fall across the battery terminals
Do not mix VRLA batteries of different capacities or makes
Do not mix ordinary conventional/low maintenance VRLA batteries with Amaron Quanta SMF Batteries
Do not install physically damaged batteries
Do not make any tap connections from the VRLA battery bank
Do not boost charge the VRLA batteries for more than 12 Hrs. in regular operation / usage
Do not allow any direct sunlight to fall on batteries
